Academic institutions need class libraries stocked with printed and digital resources. Uganda College of Commerce Kabale has class library ,it occupies the 3rd floor of the multi- purpose building with in the college. This location enables the Library users to have quiet reading environment and also avails a refreshing scene of Kabale town and its rolling hills and valleys.

The college library is equipped and stocked with latest text books of commerce and trade, accounts, catering, hotel & tourism,Information Technology, office practice, typing, Education, information science, Newspapers and past examination papers , users access them openly without any hindrance.

To supplement the printed collection, the internet has been installed with in the College Library and around the college premises to enable constant research and notes updates.

For better service delivery, i call upon the government, alumni and well wishers to support the College with equipment like computers, photocopier and DTP publishing systems in quest to becoming a world class Library.
